Returns & Exchanges

We want you to feel as comfortable as our fabric; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, all returned underwear must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags attached.

Return Process

  Start Your Request

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and a return authorization form to include in your package.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and drop off the parcel at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse inspects the items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
